Help our Kids be Kids this Summer

Every year around this time we ask for donations to fund our upcoming summer programs, but this year the need is greater than ever. Chicago is expecting the most violent summer in more than a decade, and our young people in Rogers Park are facing dire straits, especially our young men. With divisions high in our country and city, Covid-19 still harming our community, and a lack of structure for students in summer months, the challenges for our families remain high. In short, our services are needed more than ever.

Will you help us offer hope through our summer programs?

C24/7 has incredible opportunities to bring hope during this trying season, by expanding our current programs and offering NEW initiatives:

  • A summer day-camp, serving 20 students
  • A High School student work program, providing jobs and work experience to 5 students
  • Lake Geneva overnight camp, serving 15-20 students with a summer retreat
  • Weekly Night Church (including a community potluck), reaching hundreds of people
  • Growing our bi-weekly Food Pantry, serving thousands of people this summer
