Make the Hope Happen!

We have had a very exciting year so far!
We have started to use comprehensive evaluation measures for our students, paired with stronger curriculum to ensure they are getting the best instruction possible.
We have also expanded our staff, started a capital campaign to purchase a building in the neighborhood, graduated new men and women in our job program, and continued to build new relationships with surrounding communities in order to create bridges of hope and reconciliation.
Not only have we shared in many wonderful endeavors, God has also called us to be present during very difficult times in the neighborhood; caring for a grieving family as they mourn the death of their father, encouraging a parent from our Women’s Bible study who was facing eviction and walking with a young man who was caught in gun fire.

This summer our neighborhood continues to face all sorts of risks, including hunger, stalled academics, and a great sense of fear. The summer brings about a lack of structure in the home and the rise of violence, which causes many to live in a constant state of anxiety.

C24/7 has incredible opportunities to bring hope during this trying season by providing a summer day-camp, reading program, and retreat for our kids in the North of Howard neighborhood, as well as continue our adult Bible studies and job program, but we can't do it without you.
Will you donate today as we celebrate the faces of hope this summer?

God Bless,

James Crockett
